04 Deposits and Withdrawals

gj22 ensures secure transactions through the mobile banking methods commonly used in Bangladesh. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum Deposit: A minimum of ৳200 must be deposited through each payment method. The maximum deposit limit depends on the account level and verification status.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.4 Transaction Terms

  • Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

  • If fraud or money laundering is suspected, funds may be frozen indefinitely.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

gj22 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First Deposit Bonus: New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000; or deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times (10x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳10,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each user may not claim any single bonus offer more than once.
  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
  • If a bonus is not used within the specified time limit after being awarded, it will be cancelled.
  • Only deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are eligible for bonuses.
  • gj22 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program Cashback

  • Bronze level — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
  • Silver level — up to 0.7% cashback per week.
  • Gold level — up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Eligibility for advancement to VIP levels is determined based on platform activity and regular participation.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on the gj22 platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. We follow the principle of fair play and all game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Game Categories

  • Slot Games (from various providers)

6.3 Technical Issues

07 Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair environment on the gj22 platform, certain activities are completely prohibited. Violating these prohibitions will result in strict action.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusing the bonus system or making fraudulent bonus claims.
  • Registering using another person's identity.
  • Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
  • Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or systems.

Consequence: If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed, all funds will be confiscated, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

10 Account Suspension

gj22 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons.

10.1 Grounds for Suspension

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Providing false information or identity fraud.
  • Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
  • Suspicious financial transactions or signs of money laundering.
  • Self-exclusion requests under the responsible gaming policy.

10.2 Process After Suspension
